Noctis owns and oversees operating companies across hosting and cloud, interactive entertainment, game servers and online commerce. Two divisions, four operating arms, and a growing set of brands and platforms. Each one runs on its own name, its own systems and its own customers. The group holds them; it does not run them.

Noctis is organized as a clean tree. Two divisions sit beneath the holding, and each division owns two operating arms. Nothing operational crosses between them.

The infrastructure and interactive division. Overnight.Host sells hosting and cloud at every level, from web space to whole machines. Overnight.Bet builds and runs an in-house interactive entertainment platform.

The games and commerce division. Midnight.Games runs live game servers and the studio behind them. Midnight.Shopping designs, launches and operates a portfolio of independent online stores.

A holding company, not an operator
A few firm rules keep every business clean, independent and accountable on its own terms.
Owns, does not run
The group holds the companies. Each is run day to day by its own people, on its own tools, against its own numbers.
Separated by design
No shared servers, data or customers between the businesses. Only ownership and a standard of quality travel up the tree.
Its own brand each
Every business stands on its own name and domain. Customers deal with the brand in front of them, not with the group.

Global presence
Live across two regions, mapped for four
The group runs on its own compute across North America and Europe today. The United Kingdom and Asia-Pacific are mapped and held ready, greyed until a node is stood up in each, so the footprint is honest about what is live and what is coming.
United States production compute. Customer workloads run here today, across paired locations.
A European core node and a large dedicated machine. Orchestration, billing, monitoring and backups for the whole group.
A UK region is mapped and ready to stand up. It opens once demand there warrants its own node.
An APAC region is planned. It follows once customers in the region ask for it, not before.
Live regions have a node running today. Planned regions are mapped and greyed until a node is stood up there, so the map never claims a presence we do not have.
