Noctis owns its businesses and lets each one run itself. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Owns, does not operate
The holding holds the companies. The work, the teams and the tools live inside each business, not at the group level. Noctis sets the standard and holds the ownership.
Full separation
No business in the group shares servers, data or customers with another. Each one is isolated by design, so each can stand, or be improved, on its own.
Its own brand each
