Noctis Holdings is a privately held holding company. It owns a group of independent internet businesses and oversees them, without running their day to day.
The short version
Noctis owns businesses across four areas: hosting and cloud, interactive entertainment, game servers, and online commerce. Each business has its own brand, its own website and its own customers. Noctis sits above them as the owner.
Why a holding company
Keeping the businesses separate keeps them clean. A problem in one cannot spread to another, and each can be run, measured and improved on its own terms. The group shares ownership and a standard of quality, not infrastructure.
How it is organized
